To maintain a safe working environment, we take the following steps:

A Culture of Safety

Each day starts with a daily safety huddle and a required safety orientation
Each worksite maintains a full-time certified safety professional, certified paramedic, MSDS book, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher
We write a customized health and safety plan for each site

Training & Certifications

We train all employees in our state-of-the-art training facility with a 60-person classroom
Our field team completes 40 hours of HAZWOPER training, with annual eight-hour refreshers
Foreman and supervisors complete annual training in excavation and trenching, CPS, confined space entry, respiratory protection, and hazard communications.
We provide WRD, ASD and MOD training.
